"By far the BEST customer service we have encountered in an insurance agency! Lee is our agent, and he’s always willing to help us in a fast and cost-efficient way. Even when he’s not there, everybody in the office is always helpful. They have a number you can text too, and that makes it easier sometimes to facilitate documents or information needed. You won’t regret switching over to them!!"

"I have been with State Farm since I got my first car. My agent then was the legendary “Hutch” who was so thoughtful to care about each of his customers like family. Sadly, he passed and we were so heartbroken. We are blessed though, that we got such a great agent Andy Blanton! He had some big shoes to fill, and he and his whole office (Lee, Tracy W and Tracy) fit perfectly! Lee has helped me so much, and I am always thankful for his hard work. It makes a difference to have someone who is dependable that you can trust. I appreciate all of them, and love them still as my family."

"Don’t trust this place! I signed up for 6 months of insurance for my vehicle and was not informed that had only paid for 3 months and that another payment was due 3 months later. I hit a hog driving home one night and totaled my car. Then I find out my insurance was canceled the month before and I never received any notifications via mail or text messages. This is a small town and the people in the office know me and should have called me and informed me I had a payment due. I know they told me a price so I would add another vehicle to my policy but never told me it was a split payment. I have paid in full every 6 months on my vehicles since I started with them in 2002. This is their error and will not fix it so I’m responsible for their negligence. So I strongly suggest you do not purchase anything from this office as you to may be left paying the bill on their negligence. I am closing all my policies I have with them and swapping to someone I can trust. Andy and Tracey were the reps that set up my policy but did nothing to try and fix their error."

"We are sorry that you felt compelled to leave such a negative review for this agency that has always been there to help you. What you failed to mention to the rest of the readers of this review is the many attempts that were made to help you resolve this issue for over 1 month by text, email, and phone. Corporate also had been sending you communications by mail to let you know of the issue at hand pertaining to your auto coverage in which those were ignored as well. Ms. Black we can only do so much as an agency to help you before ultimately it come downs to where we can't any longer if said person does not respond to our numerous attempts. We service many, many households in this agency and never once, as you can see in the reviews here have we had an issue like this. Our agency attempted numerous times to try and see if we could overturn this issue but unfortunately it was cut and dry according to the standards of non payments and cancellations. This agency was started in 2017 so the fact that you said you had insurance here since 2002 and that Andy and Tracy set them up for you is not correct. We are very empathetic to your situation but leaving an unpleasant review of our agency and staff in a hasty manner because of a costly mistake that was self inflicted is just not necessary. We do wish you the very best moving forward and we are sorry that you have to part ways with us on these terms. Should you ever need to come back to State Farm we would welcome you with open arms.
